Which cookies we use, why we use them and how you can manage them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device by a website to enable basic functions, remember your preferences or gather aggregate traffic information. They may be set by the site you are visiting (first-party cookies) or by external services used by the site (third-party cookies).

Cookies used by this site

We group cookies into three categories by purpose.

1. Necessary technical cookies

These are necessary for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled and do not require your consent.

The nexamind_lead_receipt cookie is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS; no session is created for ordinary visits. When JavaScript is enabled the request confirmation comes directly in the form response and the technical session is not needed.

2. Statistics cookies (optional)

Used only with your consent. They count page visits and determine the country of origin in aggregate, to understand how the site is used. The IP address is anonymized before recording (last octet cleared for IPv4, first 48 bits for IPv6), in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidance.

We do not use Google Analytics. First-party analytics data stay on our server. OpenAI Ads measurement, when configured and authorized, is separate and described below.

3. Marketing cookies (optional)

When configured with NexaMind's Pixel ID, the OpenAI Ads Pixel loads only after marketing consent to measure completed requests and attribute them to ads. It may send conversion events and technical data to OpenAI and use the first-party cookies __oppref (30 days) and __obref (365 days). An unconfigured Pixel ID keeps the integration disabled. Revoking consent blocks future events and asks the Pixel to remove these cookies.

The Google Ads tag is installed on the public pages and loads with Consent Mode in Advanced mode: before any measurement command, Google receives the four denied states (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage), and the tag is configured with ads_data_redaction enabled and url_passthrough disabled. With Marketing consent the advertising states become granted and Google may use advertising cookies, including cookies with the _gcl_ prefix, plus technical attribution data; with Statistics consent analytics_storage is enabled. Revoking a category returns its states to denied. Denied states do not mean that no requests reach Google. The site sends a conversion only for a contact request confirmed by the server and only with Marketing consent; click parameters (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) are forwarded only to internal links pointing to the form and are not stored by the site. They never reach the first-party logs either: analytics requests (pageview, events, referrer) are stripped of gclid, gbraid and wbraid before being sent by the browser and before being recorded on the server. External content loaded on request (YouTube)

The iurisMind page includes a presentation video hosted on YouTube. The player is not loaded when the page opens: a static cover stored on our server is shown with a play button.

The player is requested from the youtube-nocookie.com domain only after an explicit click on the play button. At that point, the player may process technical data such as IP address, device identifiers and interaction data under YouTube and Google's terms as independent providers. Loading it does not depend on the "Statistics" or "Marketing" categories: choosing to load the video does not change saved cookie preferences and is not linked to the "Accept all" button.

You can stop playback and remove the player at any time with the Stop and remove the playercommand: the external content is removed and the cover appears again. How to manage your preferences

You can change your choices at any time:

click the Open cookie preferences button below;
delete the nexamind_consent cookie in your browser settings to see the banner again on your next visit;
